hat's a Hand Sack? It`s a very unique concept of tossing and catching a "hand sack" using mostly the back of the hands. No Palms! In a very Hacky Sack aka Footbag fashion. Lots of Martial Art forms are created by the movements, mixing and mimicking many juggling aspects of other skill toys. This is often called Sac-Fu aka Myachi-Fu. It`s shape not being a ball, also allows for flips and twists, turning the Hand Sack aka Sac into a mini skateboard or alike of extreme sports.
