This is using 2 surfaces. “Foot to Foot” is the hardest, and if you add dexes in there, make sure to call it Footbag at this point. “Foot-Up to Upper Surface” are the easiest to begin training, the some Dexes may be added before the catch…Or even the Toss! Many challenges will show up quickly in the “Upper Surface to Foot” possibilities. Overtime this section will be covering all known footbag freestyle moves using 2 Lower Body Stall Surfaces.
